About Five Gables Care Home
Five Gables Care Home is a small family run care home, with a home from home feel. We provide care for up to 13 elderly people, situated in the popular village of West Moors in Dorset. We also offer a day care service, more details can be obtained on enquiry.
We understand that choosing the right care home for yourself or for your loved one is a hard decision to make, and it is a big change for everyone involved. This is why we make sure that our care home is somewhere that we would be happy for our own loved ones to live.

Caring
Caring for people during their autumn years is very important to us, and you are more than welcome to come to visit us and join us for a cup of tea or coffee, so that you can have a look around or ask any questions you may have.
Directors
The care home is run by Victoria Ricketts and Samuel Travers, as directors of the registered service provider,
Paddington Care Ltd.
They took over the care home in March 2024, and have some exciting plans for the future.

At Five Gables Care Home, we also provide a day care service for individuals aged 65+, located in Dorset
We provide a day care service, where individuals who are not quite ready for full time care yet, or want to experience the home environment first, and just need company and a lovely, home-cooked meal, can come to Five Gables for the day, at times to suit them, e.g. 8am to 6pm, for a small cost of £60 per day. More details can be given on enquiry. This service includes assistance with mobility, continence care, food and fluids, activities, and more.
